Based on her international management experience in organizational leadership and relationship building with team members and clients, Sophie coaches with a practical approach and understands the role of the “Mental Game” in business and sports. Talent is rather overrated; it is the amount of mental agility, emotional intelligence and resilience that predicts uplift in performance and leadership success. During her stay in the UK and Malaysia, Sophie cultivated a real passion for cultural exchanges and international relations. She has built up her expertise by coaching managers and directors from different parts of the world (United Kingdom, Italy, France, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and India).
